IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF 56JL03 PARTIES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO 56JL03 IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

56jl03 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse services, or confiscate funds at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, abused bonuses, or otherwise acted contrary to fair gaming principles. Specific grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Maintaining multiple accounts;
• Engaging in prohibited activities as defined in Section 8;
• Violating bonus terms or engaging in bonus abuse;
• Conducting chargebacks without legitimate basis;
• Failing to complete identity verification within requested timeframes;
• Harassing other players or staff;
• Being subject to bankruptcy proceedings or other financial instability;
• Extended account inactivity (typically 12 months without login).

Upon account termination for cause, all funds in your account may be forfeited, and you forfeit the right to participate in any pending wagers or promotions. 12. Dispute Resolution

YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS REGARDING DISPUTES WITH 56JL03. Each party shall bear their own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines that one party's claim or defense was frivolous or brought in bad faith.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration as described in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
